Terms of Service

These terms apply to the VPNPast cross-border network acceleration subscription service. Please review the service rules, refund policy and scope of responsibility before use. For information about personal data processing, see our Privacy Policy.

Service Scope

VPNPast provides international routes, client access and subscription management, with coverage in 90+ countries and 250+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes are those shown in the user panel; regions and route types may change during network maintenance.

This service provides network connectivity and does not include accounts, memberships or content licenses from third-party platforms. When accessing international websites, you must still comply with the account-region, content-licensing and usage rules of the relevant platform. Route access does not guarantee continued access to any specific content.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your password, subscription link and login session secure. Do not publish subscription credentials or rent, resell or share your account with others. If your credentials are exposed, change your password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, for devices managed and used by the account holder. This does not authorize distributing a subscription to others or operating a resale service. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data bundles remain available until used and never expire. See Plan Pricing for prices and data allowances, and check the selected billing method before payment.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your activities. You may not use this service for unlawful purposes. Prohibited conduct includes network attacks, unauthorized system access, fraud, distribution of malware, violations of others' privacy or intellectual property rights, and interference with routes or other users' normal connections.

You are responsible for ensuring that your access, transmitted content and use of third-party services comply with applicable rules. VPNPast's no-logs policy is a privacy practice; it does not permit unlawful conduct or relieve you of your legal responsibilities.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on your local network, carrier routing, destination website and device environment. Maintenance, external network failures or policy changes by third-party platforms may temporarily make some routes unavailable. If you encounter a problem, try another route and submit details of the issue. This service does not guarantee a fixed speed or uninterrupted availability.

You should back up important data and assess your reliance on network connectivity for business purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for losses caused by third-party service failures, user configuration errors or events beyond reasonable control will be determined by the actual cause. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law prohibits doing so.

Refunds and How to Request One

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket. Describe your refund request and provide the relevant order information so we can verify the transaction and account ownership.

You do not need to explain your experience with the service when requesting a refund. Do not include your account password or publish your subscription link in a ticket. If you need to provide transaction documents, redact information that is not relevant to verification. We will communicate updates through the ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider; no arrival timeframe beyond the stated policy is guaranteed.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, an attack on service infrastructure, or ongoing disruption of normal operations, VPNPast may suspend relevant access, require corrective action or terminate the account service based on the risk. If you disagree with an action, explain the situation through a ticket and provide verifiable information to request a review. Refund requests are handled under the refund policy and applicable law.

When service rules change, this page will be updated and the last-updated month revised. Changes that materially affect user rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce statutory rights that have already accrued or applicable refund commitments. If you have questions about a change, confirm the details through a ticket before continuing to use the service.
