For account, subscription, client connection, order, and refund questions. Log in to the panel, open the support ticket page, and describe the issue. Add any follow-up details to the same ticket so the support team can review the full context.

Tickets are handled in queue order. Actual response times depend on the reply in your panel; no fixed response time is promised.

What to Include in a Support Ticket

Describe what happened first, then add details about your setup. A reproducible issue is easier to diagnose than a vague “it doesn’t work.”

Connection or Access Issues
Include your platform, client name, selected region and route, and the service you’re having trouble with. Add when the issue occurred, the full error message, and what you’ve already tried. Please hide account details in screenshots.
Plans and Billing
Include your plan name, order status, payment method, and specific question. If the team needs to check an order, provide its order number in the support ticket. Don’t share payment credentials publicly.
Refund Questions
VPNPast offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. State your refund request and the relevant order in your ticket. See the Terms of Service → for applicable conditions.

Do not include your account password, full subscription link, or sensitive payment details in a support ticket. Treat subscription links as account credentials; share only the information needed to troubleshoot the issue.

Before and After You Submit a Ticket

Haven’t finished setting up your client? Where should you start?

Start with the Guides and follow the steps for your account, plan, subscription import, and connection check. Get the client from the user panel. If you encounter an error, submit the specific step and error message in a support ticket.

Streaming won’t play. What information should I provide?

Include the platform name, account region, current route, and the error message shown on screen. Check the Streaming guide first to help distinguish account-region, content-rights, and connection issues, then add your findings to the support ticket.

Where can I check for a reply after submitting a ticket?

Check the support ticket page in the user panel. If you have a new screenshot or the issue has changed, add it to the original ticket rather than submitting a duplicate. Resolution time depends on the queue and the time needed to investigate; refer to the actual reply in your panel.
