Choosing Routes and Troubleshooting
Choose a route based on the destination service’s region, route type, and actual connection performance—not the region name alone. Compare IEPL, relayed, and direct routes for your needs. Streaming access may also depend on the platform’s region and account requirements. If you run into an issue, check your local network, subscription status, and client settings first, then try another route.
For help, submit the platform name, selected route, and error details through the account dashboard ticket system. Do not include passwords or complete subscription links. Fees and data rules are listed on the plans page, and subscriptions are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
No-Logs Policy and Minimal Data Collection
VPNPast follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required.
